Brand Brothers Shake & Wait Pet Nat

Fifth-generation winemakers Daniel and Jonas Brand took over the family winery from their father Jürgen in 2014, and they have dedicated themselves to producing organic and natural wine in Bockenheim, Pfalz.

Shake & Wake Pet Nat is a mix of Pinot Blanc and Silvaner. Grapes were hand harvested and spent a couple hours on the skins before fermentation with indigenous yeast. Unfiltered and undisgorged, this is a hazy little fizz.

As the name suggests, shake up all that yeasty goodness, and wait a bit before opening… Or risk covering yourself in wine! You’ll be rewarded with a juicy white pet nat that’s full of white flowers, crisp apple and zingy lemon.
