Crafted from a blend of Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and the lesser-known Pinot Auxerrois, this Cremant d'Alsace is rich, mouthfilling and versatille.

It displays notes of orchard fruit, zesty lemon, with a lick of cream and toast. View it not as a cheaper alternative to Champagne but a wonderful sparkling wine in its own right.
