Caves de Julienas Chaintre Fleurie

Amazing Beaujolais. Fruity, juicy and amazing when served chilled

Great value cru Beaujolais perfumed and full of bright, crunchy red fruits, with some depth and body, yet retains a lovely classic character. The best wines in Beaujolais come from the 10 'Crus.' These are individual appellations that each have their own personality and style formed by the terroir of the land. Fleurie is known as "The Queen of Beaujolais" and produces wines that are light and delicate with a fruity, floral aroma and silky texture. This favourite of ours by Julienas-Chantre is full of raspberries, strawberries and redcurrant fruit. Juicy and light with a fine and supple texture, the palate is fresh and generous. A lovely example of this style. A good accompaniment to quiche lorraine or light, white meats and Mediterranean dishes.

Juliénas Chaintré Vignerons Associés was created by the merger of the Chaintré and Juliénas wineries and is a real link between two magnificent regions: Burgundy and Beaujolais. Situated in the heart of the Beaujolais-Mâconnais vineyards, the winegrowers take great care of the vines, and the cellar team makes the wines using modern techniques and respecting traditions. Our skills and strengths are combined to offer you a wide range of appellations from the region.
