Château Pesquié Le Paradou Cinsault Rosé
Easy drinking southern French rosé.
At the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the southeastern Rhône Valley, Château Pesquié is a family wine estate at the heart of the Ventoux appellation. Three generations of the Chaudière family have put all their passion into producing wines with the characteristic freshness and finesse of this exceptional terroir.
The Le Paradou range looks towards Provence, inviting us to explore its lesser known, more secret beauty spots, and rediscover the magic of these southern highlands.
100% Cinsault, this rosé has a nose full of vibrant red berries (raspberries and redcurrants), with a zingy citrus palate and a fresh, perfumed finish.
Cinsaults tolerance to heat makes it a perfect option for winemaking in the south of France. The ability to display ripe and full flavours while still being a refreshing rose makes this a great option for lovers of more expressive wines, with that mouthwatering Provencal acidity.
