Chin Chin Vinho Verde

Dry, fruity and with a touch of the classic Vinho Verde spritz. This is a cult-wine loved by both colleagues and customers. 

Co-founders of the esteemed London restaurant Noble Rot, Mark Andrew, and Dan Keeling were hunting for an ethically made, low-cost wine to put their own name too. After a yearlong search they discovered this Vinho Verde from Quinta do Ermizio in Northern Portugal that gave them exactly what they were looking for. After visiting the winemaker, Antonio Monteiro, at his 15-hectare estate they knew they would struggle to find a more fresh and vibrant style.

Upon their return to London, they set about creating a label that was sure to encapsulate the spirit of the project, they were after something instantly recognisable which presents an alternative for drinkers who may find choosing a fine wine daunting. Given that 'Chin-Chin' is now one of the most recognisable wines on the market, I think you'll agree that they succeeded!
