Malvasia is known to produce rich, intensely flavoured styles of wine. This example tastes of ripe peach, lychee and red apple with a subtle floral note on the palate, all perfectly balanced with a fresh acidic structure. This would stand up well to dishes heavy with exotic spices.
Clos de Lôm is a family run winery founded in 1836. They aim to express the quality and geographic uniqueness of the Valley dels Alforins. Their wines, are made exclusively with grapes from DO Valencia, displaying superior quality worthy of the name. This area is mainly renowned for its indigenous grape varieties: Monastrell, Garnacha and Malvasia. They also cultivate the Spanish flagship grape Tempranillo.
