Cristom Jessie Vineyard Pinot Noir
A Pinot Not that is an exemplar of Oregon craftmanship
Hailing from Oregon's esteemed Willamette Valley, this wine effuses fragrant notes of rich red fruits, dark spice and subtle earthy undertones. On the palette, one can expect supple, layered flavours of cherry, raspberry and exotic spice. Its masterful structure and lingering finish reflect the skilled attention to detail in its creation. Refined, yet expressive, this Pinot Noir sets a magnificent benchmark that manifests the very essence of its unique terroir. It's ideal alongside roast game or cured meats. Perfect for those with discerning tastes.
Nestled amidst the verdant expanses of Oregon, Cristom Vineyards is a leading winery that boasts a harmonious blend of innovative viticulture and tradition. It's a realm where the fine art of wine-making meets the untamed beauty of nature, creating a visual symphony that is as pleasing to the eye as its wines are to the palate.
Established in 1992, the vineyard is named after its founders, Paul Gerrie, a hugely influential figure in the Oregon wine industry, and his wife Eileen Gerrie, fondly honouring their children Christine and Tom. Spanning across a majestic expanse of 65 hectares, this family-owned estate has embraced sustainable farming practices. The vineyards are dry farmed organically, maintaining a healthy symbiosis with the surrounding environment and cherishing the balance of the local ecosystem.
