Elegant, intense Chardonnay from one of our favourite winemakers.
While Vangelis Gerovassiliou is best known for re-discovering the Malagousia variety, he has just as good a touch with international varieties like this Chardonnay. From vines planted as long ago as 1983, and a very hot vintage, this wine is powerful and concentrated, focussing on tropical fruit with a toasty background from seven months in French oak.
