Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay

Wow… I think that covers it! Margaret River's Leeuwin have become reknowned for their 'Art Series' wines over the past years, with the idea being that these are the best grapes from the vineyard, with the greatest ageing potential. This Chardonnay has peaked all expectations, gaining near perfect scores in all reviews.

Whilst it's obviously a dream to drink now, this wine will be awsome to try again in a couple of years, when it begins to honey a little more. Currently, there are fruity flavours and aromas of pear and lemon, which are carefully balanced out with delicate cashew and toasted almond notes.

If you're an oaked Chardonnay fan, this is 100% one to try.
