Luis Pato Vinhas Velhas Tinto

Luis Pato have been making wine in the Bairrada region since the 1980's and now have 60 hectares of vines, Baga for reds, Bical and maria gomes for whites. They have since become one of the most famous producers in this region and have gained a global reputation for making great wines. 

This red is made form 100% Baga is elegant and full bodied. Fruity aromas of blackberry, raspberry and plum on the nose draw you into the glass these are complemented by woody and spice undertones on the palate. The finish is long and persistent and this wine pairs beautifully beef rib or a hearty stew.
