Mandrarossa Costadune Grillo

Mandrarossa's vineyards are located on the southwestern Sicilian coast, blessed with a rich microclimate and fertile soils. The Grillo grapes, grown under the hot Sicilian sun, have produced a wine that's ideal for summer sipping.

Grapefruit leads the citrus notes, with fresh florals and an aromatic herbal note. It has an excellent balance of acidity and minerality, which pairs with anything seafood, poultry or salad dishes.

Mandrarossa is the result of over 20 years of research: expression of a different Sicily, which innovates and experiments. Aiming to create a unique but ultimately terroir driven expression of Sicilian wine. Created in 1999 thanks to a study that lasted over 20 years, which led to selecting the best variety/terroir combinations: the ideal habitats that allow each grape variety to fully express its potential.
