Pazo de Senorans Tras Los Muros Albarino

Pazo Señoráns, now converted into a winery, is a magnificent example of those 16th century ancestral Galician houses built in the countryside with all the charm and dignity of days gone by. The winery launched its first vintage in 1989.

They work to create wines which faithfully reflect the land which gave them birth. Aincerely believing in their potential, from young wines to the capacity for growth which this variety has with the passage of time. Over several years Pazo have developed research, development and investment projects with a number of business and other entities, especially those which specialise in the study of native varieties and in the care of vineyards and their effect on the environment. They combine this philosophy with their expertise in wine making to make truly magnificent examples of Albarino.
