A masterful blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Rolle (vermentino) grapes. Crafting rosé is a delicate art, requiring a blend of artistry and science to perfect the acidity, aroma, and taste. After selecting the appropriate grapes, the journey from grape to wine requires a careful balance of timing, technique, and meticulous attention to detail. This Rose is the product of all those hallmarks.

Winemaker Barry Bayat has always harboured a curiosity for wine, particularly rosé. Whether hosting weekly gatherings with friends and loved ones or dining out, he sought something new and extraordinary—a rosé that could leave a lasting impression and generate excitement. Motivated to craft the ideal blend and product, Barry transitioned from his finance career and embarked on a journey to the vineyards of southern France in early 2019.
