The Festive Fromage Sessions

We’re taking The Fromage Sessions up a notch for December, revelling in the indulgences of the festive season and focusing on those sweet/sticky/fortified wines that partner so well with cheese. Because, if not now, then when? ‘Tis the season to be jolly after all…

Lee-Anna, who has been in the dairy industry for over 15 years (be it making cheese, selling cheese, teaching cheese, eating cheese), will be talking us through the different styles she’s sourced for her Christmas cheeseboard, whilst we’ll be discussing the more superior wines that we’ve chosen to pair to each.

This is a seated event up in The Wine Library where you’ll receive 5 wines and 5 cheeses (plus bread). Tickets are limited and not all cheeses are guaranteed to be vegetarian.

We make a seating plan for events that are held in The Wine Library. We have both high and low seating options, some more comfy than others, so please inform us if you have any special requirements. Likewise, do tell us if you wish to be sat with someone who has booked separately, we often just have to guess!  

Tickets to our tastings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, do get in touch as we often keep a cancellations list for those who missed out on tickets. If that’s not the case, we’ll always try and help re-sell them through social media (no guarantees). Alternatively, feel free to pass them to friends or family – we only need the name of the person who booked for entry on the night.
