The Fromage Sessions - USA

We invite you to join us for another evening of cheese and wine with our July edition of The Fromage Sessions.

This month we're celebrating Independence Day (albeit a little late), and will be showcasing all American wines alongside some American cheese... Yes, we were sceptical too, but our Cheese Queen assures us there are some gems that make their way to the UK.

Lee-Anna, who has been in the dairy industry for 15 years (be it making cheese, selling cheese, teaching cheese, eating cheese), will be talking us through the different styles that she's picked, whilst we’ll be discussing the wines that we’ve selected for the evening.

Tickets are a little more than usual to account for the extra cost of what we're showing. Whilst we love American wines, they're not exactly known for being the best value!

This is a seated event up in The Wine Library where you’ll receive 5 wines and 5 cheeses (plus bread). Tickets are limited and not all cheeses are guaranteed to be vegetarian.

We make a seating plan for events that are held in The Wine Library. We have both high and low seating options, some more comfy than others, so please inform us if you have any special requirements. Likewise, do tell us if you wish to be sat with someone who has booked separately, we often just have to guess!  

Tickets to our tastings are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, do get in touch as we often keep a cancellations list for those who missed out on tickets. If that’s not the case, we’ll always try and help re-sell them through social media (no guarantees). Alternatively, feel free to pass them to friends or family – we only need the name of the person who booked for entry on the night.
