Thomas Labaille Sancerre Les Monts Damne

Domaine Thomas Labaille is located in the village of Chavignol, which is the heart of Sancerre. Their aim is to produce a traditional style of Sancerre whilst encouraging purity and consistency in their wines aided by the replacement of old oak 'foudres' with cement and stainless steel tanks. The Les Monts Damne is 100% Sauvingon Blanc sourced from old vines and fermented by native yeasts in fibreglass and cement tanks, before being aged on the lees for between four to six months.
