Vigneti Tardis Fratelli Felix Bianco

Organic orange wine. A fresh and fruity blend of Fiano and Falaghina

Fratelli Felix is a collaboration between Jack & Bruno (of Vigneti Tardis) and Les Caves de Pyrene. This negoce project sources grapes from sustainable growers in Campania and aims to offer honest, excellent value wines made in the Vigneti Tardis way.

If you love orange wine that's on the fresh and fruity side of the style, then this is for you. There's delicious aromas of tropical fruit (think lychee, peach and citrus hints) and a honeysuckle note. On the palate it is light and dry with a slightly chalky texture and bit of salt on the finish. Very easy drinking stuff with a bit of something about it.

The grapes are manually harvested, then they undergo a two-day skin maceration. wild yeasts are used to facilitate fermentation in stainless steel. Matured in stainless steel to keep the varietal character of the wine. Malolactic fermentation is allowed to occur, and the wine is left unfined and unfiltered.
